Director Mark Romanek and Director of Photography Jeff Cutter strapped  a five-pound super16mm Aaton A-Minima camera with a custom built carbon fiber rig on to the talent in Mick Jagger’s “God Gave Me Everything”. YouTube Desciption: Missing Pages is an award winning 24 minute short movie. From over 30,000 photos, shot with a digital still camera, a handful were selected and manipulated into the film using a technique lovingly dubbed “fotomation.” The final result delivers a unique visual experience. Funded by the J-Pop star Chage of Chage & Aska fame, this short is the culmination of 14 months of arduous work and experimentation.

This is a really innovative approach to narrative filmmaking.
